Noah can sign cookie, fan, hot, cold and all done.

He can say neigh, moo, and la la la

A few weeks ago, there was a contest from the Signing Time folks – a coloring contest. Color a picture from the signing time coloring book, or draw your own, and you could win stuff. It was a boring day, so we printed a picture and Noah colored it in. Found out today Noah won 2nd place in the 0-2 age group! He gets a signed picture of Alex and Leah, and he’ll be in an upcoming ST coloring book!

Noah signs “book” now. That makes 27.

And he’s definitely saying “duck”. That’s 4 words.

Noah signed “airplane” today. So that’s 26 signs, and he’s officially learned every sign on disc 1 of signing time.

He’s also started saying some words. He’ll say “row row row” (as in “row row row your boat”), “that”, and today he started saying “meow”. Josh also thinks he said “duck” in the tub today.

Noah can now sign:

Play (which looks a lot like car)
Bread (which looks a lot like banana)
Thank you (which looks a lot like all the other signs around the mouth…. but he started this one without us really teaching him that one, only from the videos!)

This makes 25 signs!

Well, Noah’s latest tricks are: climbing up the stairs (with help of course) and as a result of that – actually doing some hands and knees crawling! It’s much slower than his army crawl, but still, he’s doing it.
