so proud
So we went in for a followup with the ped about Noah’s puking episodes (which have been absent lately, thank god), and we mentioned that Noah knew 19 signs. The doctor said that he was more articulate than most 14 month olds… made me feel so proud!
Go Noah!

I think he wants to drive
Noah can now sign “Car” (think moving your hands like they are on the steering wheel). That makes his current count 19!

the four corners
While getting Noah ready for bed on Wednesday, I noticed something in the back of his mouth. At first I thought food, since he had just eaten, but then I thought it looked like a tooth. I called Emily over, and she stuck her finger in (brave woman) to find not only 1 tooth in the location I specified, but 1 in each corner of his mouth! 4 molars had come in, in the span of a week and half! No wonder he had been moody lately!

Even more pictures
It’s official, I take too many pictures with the new camera. But there’s more up in June 2005, including these 2 cool animations, which I made with some of the pictures I took:

and a switch is flipped
So, as I mentioned before, we have discovered Noah sitting up in his crib a few times over the last couple of weeks, but we had never seen it in person.
Until today.
I went in to get him this morning and he was sitting up, again. We went down to play and while he crawling around, decided he needed to sit up – and he did! By 10 AM he had repeated the feat a half dozen times, and by the end of the day, he was doing it anytime he wanted. It was like a switch turned on in his brain.
Pulling up and walking next!
